Booking & Payment
Booking is possible by completing the reservation form on our website or using EPISODE Application. Other channels such as Booking.com and Expedia.com also offer our hotel rooms, yet you will find better rates on our website by booking a hotel directly. You will also get acess to exclusive benefits.
After completing the reservation process on our website, you will get an automatic confirmation email and a receipt email containing your booking number, with all the necessary information about your stay.
Yes, you need a valid credit card to book a room at EPISODE. The card will not be charged if you chose the fully refundable rate. Once you arrive at the hotel, you'll be charged during check-in process. If you select the non-refundable rate during the booking process your credit card will be charged automatically after completing the reservation.
Prices available on our website is always per room.
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay and paying with crypto currencies. On-site you can pay by card or in cash. Our rates are listed in Georgian Lari (GEL); payments made in another currency are converted at your bank’s exchange rate.
It depends on the rate you booked. Fully refundable rates can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before arrival. Non-refundable rates are charged at the time of booking and can’t be refunded. To cancel or change a booking made on our website, use the link in your confirmation email.
Arrival & Departure
Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is until 12:00. Arriving early or leaving late? Tell us in advance and we’ll do our best to arrange it, subject to availability on the day.
Early check-in is free whenever a room is ready — just ask. Late check-out up to 13:00 is free, and beyond that we’re happy to extend for an additional fee; check with our team for the current rate based on the day.
We’re at 41 Pekini Avenue in Saburtalo, central Tbilisi — about 17 km, or a 25–35 minute drive, from Tbilisi International Airport (TBS). We’re happy to arrange a private airport transfer for you; just request it when you book. If you’d rather take the metro, Technical University station on the Saburtalo is a short walk away.
You can store your luggage for free in our locked luggage room before check-in on your arrival day or after check-out on your departure day.
Parking is possible on a public parking spot nearby at cost of 1.00 GEL/hour. EPISODE Tbilisi does not own any parking spots.
Your Room
All rooms are equipped with the essentials such as: flat-screen Smart TV, free super-fast Wi-Fi, in-room safe, hairdryer, slippers, shampoo and hand soap.
We do not have kettles in the room you can request it and we can provide upon availability, EPISODE Bar serves hot and cold beverages 24/7.
Yes, we do provide free Wi-Fi for all of our guests and visitors. Not only that, but we set it at the speed of light.
Yes, but please make sure you inform us about their visit in advance, as we are very serious about the privacy of our guests.
We only accept deliveries to the hotel during your stay. Please make sure the name on the package matches the name on the booking. All packages and letters received before your arrival or after your departure will be returned.

Yes — well-behaved pets are welcome at Episode. A cleaning fee applies, so please let us know you’re bringing a pet when you book and our team will confirm the details.
All our rooms and indoor spaces are non-smoking. You’re welcome to smoke in our designated outdoor areas. A cleaning fee applies if smoking takes place inside a room.
Yes — children of all ages are welcome at Episode. Cots are available free of charge on request, and extra beds can be added to our larger rooms for an additional charge. Let us know the ages and number of children when you book so we can set the room up properly. (The lead guest making the booking must be 18 or older.)
Yes. We have a step-free entrance and a lift to all floors, plus a wheelchair-accessible room fitted with a roll-in shower, an emergency alarm kit, and a call controller. If you have specific access needs, let us know in advance and we’ll make sure everything is ready for your arrival.

Food & Drink
Breakfast is available as an add-on, charged per person — you can add it when you book or simply order it during your stay. It’s served daily from 07:30 to 11:00, with a spread that takes you from a quick coffee to a proper sit-down start.
Our breakfast buffet offers a selection of food for those with special requirements. If you have any specific requests, please let us know.
EPISODE Bar serves hot and cold drinks and snacks around the clock, 24/7. Our restaurant serves breakfast from 07:30 to 11:00 and an all-day menu of European-Mediterranean plates from 11:00 to 22:30 — so whether it’s an early coffee or a late bite, you’re covered.
We do not have room service, but we are more than excited to meet you in the lobby or in EPISODE Bar. Our EPvisers are ready to help you with anything or serve you delicious cocktails and snacks downstairs in the EPISODE Bar.
